ENERGIZED BAND BRINGS MORE THAN “SPARE CHANGE” TO FIRST NIGHT FULLERTON

 

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE                                                                                               

 

December 13, 2006 (Fullerton, CA) – The band Spare Change announces that it will be returning this year to help ring in the New Year in the heart of downtown Fullerton as part of the First Night Fullerton celebration.  The band’s performances will take place on December 31st in the multipurpose room of Wilshire Avenue Community Church. Wilshire Avenue Community Church is located at 212 E. Wilshire Ave. (Wilshire and Pomona) in downtown Fullerton, conveniently near the city’s Plaza and the Fullerton Museum.  Performances begin at 7:30pm, 9:00 pm, and 10:30 pm.

 

Spare Change offers a wide variety of music, from classic ‘60s rock to the present day, ranging from classic rock to power pop.  The band consists of staff members of Wilshire Avenue Community Church, who also perform at other events throughout the year hosted by the church including the annual 4th of July celebration that is open to the community.
