Production Coordinator / Production Supervisor, Television Series
- Production Coordinator, Say it with Noddy (100 x 2-minutes 3D animation preschool interstitials featuring five languages): Assisted Producer maintaining schedules; responsible for creating and maintaining all production record-keeping templates; broke down scripts and prepared model packs for storyboard artists and overseas animators; prepared scripts for recording sessions, coordinated elements sent out for animatics and slugging;
facilitated flow of storyboards, animatics and models for submission to client for approval, and to overseas animators for production via FTP and email; supervised production assistant regarding FTP site uploads and downloads; compiled and tracked Director’s retake notes; coordinated exceptionally high numbers of retake elements, working closely with Director and Editor; responsible for storage and archival of production elements. - Invader Zim, animated series from Nickelodeon Animation Studios. Duties specifically focused on checking models against storyboards for
accuracy and make sure all models created before shipment. (Burbank, CA - 2001-2002)
